Meet Sindhu
Hello beautiful you,
I’m Sindhu.
Am a daughter, sister, wife and a mother !
Am blessed with a happy childhood. When I was growing up I always had seasonal fruits, fresh healthy traditional home cooked meals and once in a blue moon cream bun was the only junk food that I used to had.
healthy food was easily accessible and Junk was not and it helped. Nowadays organic food is rare to be found and junk is taking over .
I always wanted to pursue something that meets my interest in human health and eventually I found IIN which exactly offered what I was looking for.Am forever grateful and thankful to my nutrition school.There I have been trained as a holistic health and nutrition coach. Fortunate enough to be trained by top most health leaders in the world .
I graduated in Food science and Technology which introduced me to the chemical, biological and physical compositions of food ,Whereas at IIN(Institute of integrative nutrition) I have learned that the human nutrition is not just from food but beyond. But am grateful to have learned both .
What concerns me most is the growing health concerns all over the world. and I want to take at least a tiny part in reversing that. Yes, it starts with a ripple effect.so here I am to help you, to guide you, to mentor you ,to support you through your health journey.

My perspective on health-
I look at health in a holistic way which means I don’t just look at food for optimal health, There are other factors that I take into consideration like your day to day physical activity , spirituality, career, relationships and much more!
Health is more than you eat from the plate, it’s off the plate and beyond !
And you don’t have to be perfect, in fact perfection doesn’t exist.
